Because personalized items are made individually for you, please allow 1-2 weeks for crafting before shipping.
How do I care for my Gem by E. pendant?
To keep your jewelry shining, clean it gently with soft soap, warm water, and a soft-bristled brush. Store your pendant separately in its box or pouch when not in use to avoid scratching.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Due to their custom nature, personalized and custom-engraved pieces cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Non-custom pieces from our Diamond and Gemstone collections can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
